STUDIO POLICIES

PRIVACY NOTICE

We recognize that you have chosen to do business with us, and we guard that relationship with great care. We will not share your personal information with anyone. This information will assist us in serving you most effectively with our offerings.

SERVICE REFUNDS

Eye Designer does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. We do have a 5-day policy in place on services in which a client can come back and have corrections made or receive salon credit on technical errors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are confirmed within 72 hours, 48 hours, and 24 hours plus 1 text message in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on your file.

  • Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
  • Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Eye Designer policies are presented and provided in the best quality and excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

WAYS TO CANCEL

Clients can cancel appointments by using the website, by text message, WhatsApp or by email at info@eyedesigner.ch. CONTACT US, CONTACT OUR TEAM

Clients cancelling appointments with less than 48-hour notice WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THEIR SERVICE FEE.

DO NOT CALL US if you want to cancel your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask clients to notify our staff if they will be arriving late for their scheduled appointment.

If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a “no show” and their spot will be reopened and made available for clients wanting to book.

Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.

NO SHOWS

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price. They will also be required to attach a credit card to their file to book future appointments at Eye Designer.

Clients who “no show” on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Eye Designer accepts cash, credit, and debit at both of our studio locations.

ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

At Eye Designer we have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind, harassment, violence, intimidation, threats and general disruptive behaviour. We are an all-inclusive business, providing services for all races, gender expressions, sexes, sexual preferences, religions, and ability.

We strive to constantly maintain a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients and staff. Eye Designer has the right to refuse any client that violates the above policy at any time via any means of communication.

CELL PHONE POLICY

Cell phones are not permitted for use during appointments as we require your full attention during all portions of our services and procedures.

SERVICE RESTRICTIONS

A nationally accredited merchant credit card processing company. No information is stored locally on our servers.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED FOR RESERVATIONS

We ask our clients to provide us with a valid credit card or gift card number to secure any reservation. Provide us with at least 48-hour notice of any changes or cancellations to avoid being charged a missed or late cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount.

This policy ensures that our guest reservations and our associate schedules are fully utilized by minimizing our late-cancel or missed appointment costs and allows us to provide value pricing to all our customers. Your private credit card information is always processed in compliance with Merchant Data Standards and with the latest PCI Data Security Standards.

If you choose to save or store your credit card information as a result of creating your account in our scheduling system, rest assured that it is stored securely by our secured scheduling system through the integration with a nationally accredited merchant credit card processing company. No information is stored locally on our servers.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Our concerns are for the safety of your children.

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately, the salon cannot provide childcare services. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap.

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind.

Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Eye Designer staff provide each of our clients with the highest level of services possible.

We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.

SICKNESS

We know how excited you must be to receive a full set of lashes or other beauty treatments BUT please give 24 hours’ notice and do not attend if sick. Please remember you are entering a salon so for the safety of our staff and other clients you will be politely turned away, if you have any form of sickness.

Not only does the sickness spread, it affects the quality of your treatment if you are constantly coughing, sneezing or have any other symptoms of sicknesses.

GIFT CARD

Gift card, once purchased, are non-refundable.

NO PETS

Sorry, no pets are allowed in our salon.
