Eye Designer does not use pre-made eyelashes, and will never do.

Unfortunately not, eyelash infill is reserved for customers who have already done an eyelash extension at Eye Designer. Due to quality and hygiene reasons, an eyelash removal and a new full set of eyelash extension will be necessary.

• Eyelash removal only (from other salons) is 40 CHF.
• Eyelash removal (from other salons) with a new full set of eyelash extension is 20 CHF (NOT INCLUDED: the price of a new full set)

• Have pre-existing eyelid or eye conditions such as blepharitis and ocular rosacea.
• Are very rough with themselves and do not want to follow after care instructions.
• Want a very heavy mascara look but do not have the natural lashes to support it.
• Have a condition called Trichotillomania, which is compulsive pulling or twisting of hair or eyelashes.
• Are in chlorinated water many times a week.
• Cannot control rubbing their eyes.

When applied by a professional, eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, refills should only be required every 2 to 4 weeks.

We recommend getting a refill every 2 to 4 weeks. A refill is needed to fill in any lashes that have fallen due to the natural cycle of your own lashes. Refill appointments require approximately 60 minutes - 1h45 minutes.

Mascara is not really required since the extensions actually give the illusion of wearing mascara. In fact, one of the many benefits of eyelash extensions is that you do not need to use mascara.

If you must apply mascara, however, only use water-based mascara. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED OR WATER-PROOF MASCARA as they can dissolve the bonding agent used and they can shorten the life of your eyelash extensions.

Use care when washing off the water-based mascara and only use a water based eye makeup remover.

Yes. Your eyelash extensions is waterproof and allows you to shower, swim, exercise etc.

Do not get the lashes wet for 24 hours

After the treatment unless your therapist has used the Dlux Ultra Bonder then the adhesive is completely waterproof within 2 hours.

The application process for eyelash extensions normally takes about 1h00 - 1h45 for a full set of lashes and 45 minutes - 1h45 for a refill.

You will lay comfortably on a massage table with your eyes closed. Relaxing ambient music is played while the professional technician applies your lash extensions.

Your lower lashes will be covered. The extensions will be then applied to your upper lashes.

Eyelash extensions are available in a number of lengths and thickness. Your technician will consult with you to understand what type of style you are interested in.

You should thoroughly clean your lashes with a mild cleanser. Do not use oily makeup remover to clean your lashes prior to the application.

Lashes should not be curled (unless directed otherwise by your technician) and all mascara should be removed.

Yes! Since lash extensions do not touch your skin, they do not conflict or interfere with your contacts or normal daily activities.
