Microshading is a cosmetic tattooing procedure that inserts pigment into the upper layers of skin to create a soft, powder effect that resembles eyebrow makeup.

Unlike microblading, which creates hair-like strokes, microshading employs a stippling method, which uses repetitive dots of pigment.

It's ideal for individuals with sensitive skin, oily skin, or those who prefer a fuller brow look compared to the natural strokes created by microblading.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, blood thinners, and sun exposure for at least 24 hours prior to the procedure. Also, arrive with your eyebrows in their natural state, without any makeup..

Some discomfort is to be expected, but a topical anesthetic is applied to minimize pain.

The procedure typically takes about 2-3 hours, including the time for consultation and numbing.

Your technician will recommend shapes and colors that complement your facial structure and skin tone, but the final decision is yours.
